Jungle Walk

The whole of the country was rocked with blasts last week...to top it up mumbai was flooded due to incessant rains !!!
mumbaikars had very few options dis weeked since malls n moview were banned by near n dear ones 4 fear of a blast !! sad..but next week ppl will bang ...throng malls agains..its just a matter of panic 4 de moment..
so we decided to do somethin diff..go 4 walk..i shouted..n go 4 a jungle walk !! wsa a unanimous decision...a small jungle closeby to my residence is where we headed..
its a small hill...so we parked de car ..decided to trek de whole way up...oo...started with a steep slope..n i realised time to shed some kilos..if i need 2 trek dis again..wow..the whole route had trees perched on either sides..birds chirping...flowers swaying to tune of the air blowing..i cd hear the far off water stream so clearly...
l luv nature.....luv jungles..luv trekking thru them..m not scared of animals..only reptiles is one category tat i dread...
our walk ended as approached a small village..to my horror the beauty of the jungle ended..where the village began..since it was littered so badly..bad site ...our legs did not support us anymore..we were tired..moreover hungry..so got bac to the foothill.to hv garma garma soup...a small shop was selling..
ahh...longing to back to the jungle again...tis time a night safari !!!
so jungle boys n gals share yur safari experiences if any..

Tat Summer in Paris

hmm..i ve trip long due to paris..but tis one is on the book authored by aabha dawesar..ahh..brilliant author..very few write romance in relations to art n sculpture..the author takes a around every nook n corner of paris..every artefact is explained along with the char Prem's romance life..the bk is abt a 75 year old author ...his n number of affairs..n recent one in paris wit a young writer...brilliantly put book...hats off to aabha...for writing tis one..i felt i was in paris..while reading n i felt i ws lik de gal mentioned in the bk..

3.french cuisine..
4.french wine.

Long due post on my last weekend visit to BarbQQ Natn !!

my area rocks now with tis restaurant opening..cuz i liv in one of the far off central suburbs of mumbai..i normally miss out on the best restaurants in the places like bandra etc..but wit barbq natn opening near my place...i m all gung ho abt it...i m foodie..n luv trying all new places..i cnot visit a de same restaurant more thn twice !! n with mumbai u wud atleast 10 new good places opening up every month !!

Now abt BarbQ natn...

Food

1.Live Grill @ yur table ( Wowie..dis ws the first time i ever tried something like tis )..u can actually grill yurself..they ll give u the raw stuff..n yur butter up the paneer..or watever else u want as per your choice !!

2.Desert - Yummmmmmmmmmmm...i still hv the taste of pineapple pudding i hd...yo...they had put atleast 10 deserts on the buffet spread..n some of them indian..i particularly liked the phirnee they served...

3.Food - the food was pretty decent..some indian n conti stuff ..along with good salads

The best part of the place is all of this is part of the unlimited buffet spread !!

So keep eating ..till yur tummy hurts !

The ambience now....turns gr8 especially when its raining outside..imagine heavy rainfall..u r all soaked in water.n u enter this place n hv a live grill in front of u ......( u can actually compare it to a bon fire on the beach !! minus the blue water )

My Ex..

Tis one is not abt my ex ..my ex colleague..my ex neighbour..but abt my Ex Boss !!!!
Phew tis one is my first boss..SIR is waht i call him..the others ex bosses i call BOSS ! i ve trying to chase this guy since past four years..he disappeared into South Africa..no email .no contact..and nw suddenly 2de in one of my non regular emails...i see a Hi from this man ! ooh..i put a hold on my breath till i opened it..n it mentioned he was india !! yippie...i hv some oppurtunity now atleast maybe to work wit him again..he hd asked for my phone no..n i replied wit it..n i m just waiting for him 2 call..
things i like abt this ex boss of mine
he is dynamic..handsome..kind...very attractive..guess stop here..my partner is already jealous about him....
h.mm..tats it 4 now..will post more after i hear from him

6th De Wrking & Forgetful me

2 all of those who work 5 days a week...

imagine working six days !!! i knw u guys cant even imagine..cuz u feel so burdening on a fri itself !!! i look forward to a sat like looking forward for the sky to touch sea @ the horizon...to top it up...the 6th day cud be really reallyyy bad if u happen to be forrrrrrrrgetfulllllllllllll

i m one among them.. i can coolly walk out of the car leaving the keys inside..n tats exactly wat i did 2de..n my bag was inside too ..so no work..hd to grab a few of collegues to break the lock...hahahah...but my car is sturdy..finally had to call the mechanic....n fix it....ahh..gosh...glad it was not raining n i was not in the middle of the road...

the other things tat i can forget..i m gr8...i m can forget lot of imp things

I cn manage to forget to turn the geyser off ( i v done tis one a couple of times )

leave the gas knob on...( basically i hv defect in my brain )

forget the house keys when i move out

forget to turn off the lights ( i guess hv a lotta money 2 pay electricity bills !!!

forget my wallet ..i card..mobile...hahahahah....i ve done tis all a lotta times...

hmm..forgetful me..but its a resolution to get more careful now...tats de whole purpose of bloggin it...

Mbarassing Shots v2.0

Now this is one reaaaaaaalllyyy bad..it was during my first job days.tat i hd a serious serious fight my boyfriend..n to the extent tat i told him we r callin off this reln...he tried calling me up everywhere..home ..off n i wud never pic up..n obvious i did not hv a cell phone during those days..hd i hd a cell..then this scene wd hv never arised...now this man was angry..anxious ...to speak 2 me..so finally he calls up my place @ 10 in the nite..n i just hang up twice without speaking..my dad picked the third time..n this guys tells him tat i m her best friend speaking..n one our college mates has met up with a serious accident n hence i need to spk 2 yur daughter..the worse thing of this was the friend whom he mentioned stays in my area only..n my dad knows him.o ghosh.....i hd such a tough time talking for those two mins on the phone is front of my dad...shit..my dad knew something was seriously wrong.though i tried to cover it up..i v never forgiven him ( my boyfriend ) for this incident...n cant even face my dad on tis..never felt so worse ever..

I. hmm well this one was during my romance days..when we wud hang arnd in ricsaw !! ( this is pretty common for mumbaikars )..and we got thrown out ..literally asked to vacate the auto cuz the driver cudnt bear our cozy cozy stuff..
II.tis one was during an interview...i hd an upset stomach..n hd no intention to attend it...i still managed reaching there...but phew..i hd to stop the person interviewing me rite there ..n tell him my state of medical affair..n just run ...to the ...u knw where..ahhhh ...tis was a bad one..
III.nw tis one is an restaurant packed with ppl..n i hv a fight wit my sweetheart...i just walk off crying frm there..my beau just follows me ..wo paying the bill !!! the waiter follows him..n the rest is history...

tats abt it...two more needs to b added..will add it as new post later..

Mediocrity !!!

Heee...Title is the Antonym to what i wanted to whine about 2de..Actualy m suppose to present in office on 'excellence' the theme is excellence award and need to put up 5 slides on how ' I make the diff ' to the organisation...ahhhh...have been strugglin to put the same..cuz i never thought i cna make a diff..i know i ve excelled in lotta of things done @ work.but typically not a person who will showcase in front of full thronged audience...but typically my colleagues hv been preparing since a fortnight man...they all r gung ho abt it..n each one feels they can win the award !!!
tata short one for nw..will get back to my slide deck...lets see how i manage to prepare a diff one...
will keep updated if I win the award ( hahahahahh )

This one is for the workolics of the world..who cannot think beyond work..work..work...

Ah...there is long list here..that workolics can skip...I hate them...why cant ppl work on time..i mean 9 to 5 types..working long hours does not ensure quality work...quality work comes out with qualtiy time and quantity time like 9 to 9...

my dear beloved friend landed in the hospital last tuesday cuz he skipped lunch !!! cna u beleive tat..skipped lunch and was running high fever end of the day..put in the hospital for next two days...on 4 bottles of saline...this has been a routine for ever for him..dunno when he will understand to take care of himself..work well..work on time..and not work everytime..

i spent two days on the hospital bedside missing my work too....

Hope he realizes and concentrates on self health before work..

Aati Kya Khandalaaaaa

Ee..Kya bolti tu..!! when i listen to this song from Ghulam..i wud always wonder why a song on Khandala ..n now with my multiple visits to this place in the moonsoon..i knw how one can write such a freaky song for this place...Love this place in the moonsoon..the drive frm the expressway keeps you counting seconds till u reach khandala..it seems to b the most romantic place on mother earth..where u want be...i cud spend time endlessly sitting byside the dukes hill as they watching the clouds kiss the hill..muaah..the waterfall just brushes the cheeks of the hillside..wat a view..wat sound of the waterfall...i feel like going there every weekend...
