Grr....Anxious..hv been like this since a week @ work...Appraisals are just due...n waiting for the letters..the endless wait is yet to be carried forward to next week..if we dont get the letters tomm...the rating is from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best. and slabs for increment are 18% for a 5 rating and lowers to 6% for 4 rating..tats so bad..my org cant even match curent inflation..Ridiculous !! ...
Just crossing my fingers so tat I m alteast above inflation !!
