9. Somethin..
After reading three mistakes of my life..i was also set to read the last chetan bhagat one..( actually his first but i did not read this one ) ..titled five point something...
looking at the title...u wud never realise its about GPA's unless u read it as 5.something...actually Engineering ( IIT ) GPA's are between 1 to 10 and obviously 5. something is bad..
so the author takes us thru his four years at IIT delhi..where he always remained a last bencher along with two of his friends ..they did all possible things inside the campus which finally landed them with a suspension for a last sem...
love..booze...prof's daughter as girlfriend..tats waht their GPA's were about ..forget studies..was their motto and live life @ IIT..
being an engg grad and always scoring a 9.something all through out my schooling..uni...and pg days..i never ralised waht it takes to get a 5.something on yur marksheet..
i was a very studios ( behenji types maybe ) always aimed to top the class..never shared my exam paper..forget notes..with anyone ..
but i really feel my life wud hv been diff it i were a 5.something student..i wud bunk classes..smoke..loaf around..attend parties..go clubbing .hang out..do night outs....call boyfriends home...
and lots more to do .........
i miss doing all tat...miss all my naughty friends..who got thrown out of class...wish i were a 5.someone student
